KURU focuses on everyday household waste and provides guidance for eligible categories. Oversized, hazardous, medical, commercial and construction waste follow separate disposal rules.

No. KURU is a private household-convenience service and is not operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government or a ward office.

How is personal data handled?

We collect only the minimum information needed for availability and service updates. We do not collect or store card information in this checkout experience.
