No payment

The “Pay ¥3,990” action measures purchase intent. It does not connect to a payment processor, collect payment-card data, create a subscription, or charge the visitor.

Service area, collection point, days, times, categories, operating method, pricing, and final terms remain subject to regulatory review and local testing.

KURU is a proposed private complementary service. It is not an official Tokyo or municipal collection service and does not replace applicable public rules.
